What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, any and all Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. If you are having issues with processing your payment please email us ASAP at info@zearock.com to better assist you.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately No.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ALL our clutch bags are handmade products (unless stated otherwise), therefore you will receive your clutch in 5- 10 business days for orders within the U.S and 7- 15 business days international, otherwise items with the "Pre-order" tags will take 7-15 business days to process before shipping.

Our Jewelry are sold on availability only. So depending on how much quantity we display on the website, you may purchase accordingly. Once your order has been processed your order will be scheduled for shipment the same, or next business day. Please keep in mind during sales, or holiday season orders are subject to delays up to 30 business days. 


How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information within 24 hours. Packages are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, Unfortunately No.

If you have received a defective product please contact us immediately at info@zearock.com with pictures. Please see store policy for more info.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). If this requirement is not met, you may not be eligible for an exchange. Once item has been returned and inspected we will contact you.
