STORE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

We however offer a 3 day exchange after delivery to your address.

 

Although our products are hand-crafted and go through thorough quality checks, We will ONLY exchange an item if it is defective or damaged when you receive it therefore we will like you to send a picture of the damage/defect after you have received your item to askzearock@gmail.com This will be within 3days of delivery at your address.

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.

An exchange item will be shipped out upon availability. If item is out of stock, we will need about 2-3weeks to custom make purse for you.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure you contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags. If these conditions are not met, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Refunds

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

However, if at all applicable and you haven’t received a refund yet, give it about 1-3business days and then check your bank account again.
You may contact your bank and/or credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before payment is officially posted. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zearock.com.

Jewelry

ALL jewelry items are final sales. They cannot be exchanged or returned.

All items on sale are final sale which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Address

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address at all times when placing an order.

Zearock will not be responsible for any lost order due to a wrong shipping address. Zearock also cannot retrieve an a product already sent out to a wrong address. All address issues are not our responsibility of any sort.

If a package is unable to be delivered because of an incorrect address or location issues, You will need to contact the shipping company used to ship your product to you directly with your tracking number we provided you.  Please ensure that you include an updated shipping address when placing an order on our website.

 

Shipping returns  

Please note that return shipping is your responsibility and not that of Zearock

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Please ensure you include a tracking number and insurance if possible when sending a product back.
 

Product Tracking
All products shipped from us are trackable. We will always send you a tracking number for all packages shipped to you. Please ensure you track your packages as needed.
